Vaslec Pty Ltd was founded in 1997 by Managing Director Justin Vassallo and employs a dedicated team of 17 qualified staff. Justin commenced his career in the electrical contracting industry with a major Melbourne contracting company and obtained extensive hands-on experience in the domestic, commercial and industrial market sectors.
Justin and his team have built a successful and well respected business that is at the forefront of electrical installation, service and maintenance work. For these reasons, Vaslec Pty Ltd was invited to become a member of the Laser Group.
Located on the Western Highway between Caroline Springs and Melton, Laser Electrical Caroline Springs engages work in all areas of Melbourne. This supports our customer base which includes 13 builders. Additionally, we are the preferred electrical contractors for AGL Electricity and for the installation of Electrical Pits throughout Melbourne.
We have modified our management structure to support growth in recent years. This has ensured appropriate resources are in place to manage our field teams and the diverse requirements of our customers. For example, in 2002 Bill Tehan joined the team as Manager of Staff and Business Development. He brings to the business invaluable experience gleaned from many years in both corporate and trade environments. His extensive knowledge of management systems and practice provides professional balance to support Justin in the day-to-day management of the business.
Further, Chris Vassallo has been appointed as Trade Staff Field Supervisor. His responsibilities include scheduling work and staff, ensuring all works commenced are completed within appropriate time frames, and liaising with client field supervisors. All field staff are monitored to ensure a perfect delivery of service to our entire customer base.
